Hello friends of the Skiatook Bluegrass Festival,

It's time to re-up for 2008. A mere $15 for an individual membership and $25 for a family will get you a GREAT festival in June. We need your support. You may think that $15 won't help us that much.- But- Last year, memberships alone raised over $1000.00. That's a big chunk, ya know. That will help tremendously with advertising, port-a-pots, posters, flyers, and needless to say, paying for BANDS!

It's really easy this year. You can go to the website, www.skiatookbluegrass.com, and pay via Pay Pal. Or, of course, you can mail the moolah to me, Lucy Weberling, 14850 N 71st W Ave., Skiatook, OK 74070. Please include ALL your info if mailing to me. I need email addresses particularily, as well as, phones and physical addresses. Volunteer, vendor, and sponsor sign-ups are also on the website.

The website is fantastic this year, due to Allan Cowell. Patricia Webster is putting out a Newsletter, which you all received the intro to. So- Visit the website often. - New stuff all the time.

We'll let you know about the free dinner and show as the spring progresses. We also have the Fiddles and Viddles Fundraiser coming up in April.

Time's flitting by, so join soon to get all the new info.

Bluegrass Love,
Lucy Weberling

P.S. Check out the IBMA Website, www.ibma.org. It includes oodles of info on festivals, bands, Bluegrass in the Schools, all aspects of the bluegrass music industry. It's truly a blast to go to IBMA in October - You get to see them all!
